I had a new experience today

as the title says!

yesterday i went and installed a camera / data logger system to a plane of all things! Never done anything like this before. most of my work is race cars of road cars, so this was different.

did i expect to get an offer to go along for the test.... no

did i go up in an 1942 steerman biplane USAF trainer Yes i bloody well did.

Same one. it does height but not air speed.
