Although this definately isn't mine I was thrilled to be given the chance to drive this to and from work the other day as part of a 'favour' to one of the bosses business partners, I never took it above 70mph, understandably... but it really was a lot of fun.

Though, surprisingly getting back into my beloved z4 didn't seem 'cheap' or 'second class' compared to the Ferrari! A testiment to the quality of the car I think

Very nice indded.... i would have been tempted to give the throttle just a wee tickle though!

MMMM nice. I see a fella driving back from work most days on my commute with a white one, he always has the roof down unless its raining. Everytime i see him i think Well done that man!

A guy up the road from me has got a ferrari FF, now thats something i like the look of 8)

The FF is utterly terrifying, considering it is supposed to be the "practical" Ferrari. I was jogging the other day and one took off from the lights right in front of me. Nearly shat myself.

What I can tell you though, from my 2 hour experience of driving this car is that I honestly couldn't enjoy it. Not fully anyway... The problem is, it wasn't my car and when you are behind the wheel of a car of this kind of raw power and exclusivity especially at my age (only had a license for 5 years) my experience behind the wheel of supercars is extremely limited and even the simplest manouvers like hill starts, reverse parking all becomes a complete nightmare on the brain which in all accounts should be completely second nature...

I can honestly say that driving a car like this when it is not yours, is not at all 'fun' but it definately was an experience that I wouldn't have traded for anything else.

If I had scratched, dented or god forbid crashed that car because of my inexperience behind the wheel then I would have been completely f**ked... end of.

I had a drive in a manual DB9 once, the owner (a friend) got out the Bentley red label we were in, started the DB9, came back to the Bentley and said 'follow me in the Aston will you, it's a manual, you know what to do!'

I didn't have the same discipline as you Brad and at the first chance I floored it! Changed up from second at 90 and had to hit the brakes hard shortly after to avoid slamming into the red label at around 120 (he was gunning it as we'll 6.75l twin turbo)

I knew it was probably a once in a lifetime experience and couldn't help my self!

NB - all on private roads
