Yes the worst thing possible happend.
And yes it was my stupidity that is fault on it. Sunday i went for a family afternoon and we headed of to the city, there werent many people around so we were fulling a little bit around u know reving on a red light and drift a little bit right and left... as all ZM owners do :wink:
And then on a red light i played the full once again reving in the middle of big buildings with my RPI exhaust and when i turned left who do i see??? oh yeah the cops pointing at me and asking for me to stop the car on the right, so i did.
"Drive licence and car papers please..." oh man i knew i was in trouble and if it wasnt enough i didnt have two papers with me. so they looked at my exhaust, i dont know how it is in your countrys but here in Luxembourg u need something that is called TüV for legalisation and of course RPI doesnt have it. :)
At beginning they werent really happy and told me i need to take it out immediatly and i would have to pay a lot of money thanks to my girlfriend at the end they let me go but told me that they suggest me to take it of because if they stop me once again i wont be so lucky again. So now i have a big problem and dont know if i should take it out or continue....
If someone has a good offer for me we could find an arrangement the exhaust is 2 weeks old...
 
Due to the size of Luxembourg the chances are that you will see the same police guy pretty soon again. You have no choice.
 
Seeing as they already gave you a warning i also think you should change it. Eisenmann exhausts are TUV approved i believe.
 
they gave me a warning but only speaking no ticket, thats why my decision is tougher?

What exhaust would u guys suggest??? Eisenmann???

They will remember ... in Luxembourg, there are probably a handful of Z4M models and certainly only 1 with an exhaust that is loud.

Ignore a warning and you WILL be in trouble if they stop you again.
 
I know - but having been in Luxembourg a number of times, I even started to recognise the tourists after a few days :D

but deep down you know that is the wrong decision, otherwise you would not even be asking :) you have come asking for support, we can not give it to you :)
 
May sound tough, but I'm low on sympathy here in that if you fit a non TUV part then rev the engine to create noise and attract attention, then you reap the rewards. Lucky they let you off this time :thumbsup:

Did you buy it knowing it not to be TUV approved. There might be an argument for a refund on it given the current circumstances.

For this summer i will drive them unless someone wants to purchase them i can give a good price they're only 2 weeks old. my point is even if i would have a normal exhaust they would have stopped me because i was reving on the red light no matter what exhaust it is loud :) ok ok ok it is not RPI loud but it is loud. I have to say. That they thougt the exhaust would look awesome on the car with the BReyton wheels but they suggested me to take them off because they could bring me in trouble. i know if i would have catched other cops they would had gave me a ticket and i would be forced to take them off.



WHY REVING ON A RED LIGHT IN 16 afternoon??? Really not very smart. AAAAAh It's all fault to my friend with his GOLF GTI he started reving and i showed him where the music plays. RPI vs sgolf gti lol funny. he sad that his steering wheel vibrated when i pushed full power in front of him :):):) :fuelfire: :fuelfire:

I know someone with a Z4MC here in London who might be interested, PM me and I will connect you two.. both of us going on a trip to Nurburgring the weekend 7/8th so might arrange a meet...

i thougt about going on 7th allready but there will be a ton of people
