I recently came back to BMW (sadly not a new Z4) but a sensible 2l diesel M sport. I am enjoying the comfort and 45mpg (ish) so far not bad.

Nice and flat around your way. Every time the snow falls in these parts I find myself helping push RWD BMW's to the side of the road to await rescue. Mine stays snug in the garage though. Enjoy your new car.
