I am in Sandhurst and went to a mini-meet at Newlands corner on 2 October - knowing you are in Camberley I had hoped you might make it, but I think you said it was 50/50 whether you would have to work that day.

Anyway there is another one proposed for 20 November so hopefully you can make that one!

I'm utterly rubbish at being available as I tend to get booked up with stuff ages in advance but I'm in the same boat re wife not enjoying being driven spiritedly and do find myself at a loose end a few times a month wishing I could go for a drive - drop me a bell id be well up for meeting up and just going exploring round our area - there are so many good roads to be discovered!

Are you into trying a trackday Flimper (as driver in your car or passenger with us)? If so I can let you know when Tom and I are planning the next one? This weekend we are heading up to Anglesey circuit via the long, scenic route. I don't cover that many miles either, in fact today was the first time I drove the M in a month, but wow it was good, passed it's MOT too.

2400 miles, that's double what my M has done this year. Mines just a weekend toy that doesn't even get used most weekends for the amount I use it it would work out cheaper getting a taxi.

It doesn't worry me because it just makes it more fun when I do drive it.

Using it less and keeping it immaculate definitely keeps me interested, although I do feel the pull of wanting to own something a bit more unusual, maybe a Noble or TVR?

I'm regularly out in the Zed alone! I love driving and as a biker too I know some great routes around the Cotswolds and some nice places to pull over! If anyone fancies a meet up for a drive out, give me a shout, I'm based in Swindon.
