My best time was in 2013 with a 03.04min. This year I could not go faster then a 03.07min with exactly the same set-up. The car felt more unsettled en there was more body movement then I can remember during my last Spa visit. Confidence in the car was lower then the last visit...so the laptime was also slower. I need to address the body movenent in fast corners and when braking and acceleration...so a new suspension (Bilstein Pss-10) is coming. Maybe the oem dampers are reaching the end of their life after 110.000km..? The last 3 years my M sees regular track time and last months I can feel the suspension getting softer (on track).
 
Love Spa! Always relaxed and friendly open garages up by the start/ finish line, I've never driven myself but been a passenger a number of times :driving: :thumbsup:

When my hardtop is not on the car and I'm wearing a helmet, I can not fit into the car with softop closed. Do you have the same problem? When driving on trackdays; did you ever wish you bought the more ridgit coupe? On this track day it was obligatory to fit the hardtop...
