So I cant reply on behalf of all members on this forum, but for me this feels like the TT forum. Every time I see something nice that another forum member has, I want it and want it now :evil: This forum is making me skint! but I love it......... :rofl:
1) So I currently have an I-Pad mini install going, I wanted something different, I have no idea how much this is going to cost me, but I know it's not cheap. Custom fibreglass and ali panel trims are not cheap!
2) Snapped me Arial base so ordered this alongside £200 worth of goodies from Sopers including new grill (cracked) and ZHP 6 speed, clear sides.
3) Then came the back-box delete.... Im booked in next week for this, sounds great and I must have it. The downside my insurance company states "No performance Mods" and despite my best attempt to convince them that this would give me 0% gains, they aint having it and promptly provided me with a bend over the table cancellation cost!. :headbang:
4) Had another night looking at various posts and witnessed some lovely looking halo projector lights! must have them, so there goes another £339. Mine are just full of water constantly.
5) Then comes my great idea, if im gonna have new insurance Im gonna get modified! So I have spoken with the beautiful Chris Knot and discussed my plans and bobs your uncle, fanny's your aunt, there goes another £350.
6) Hub-centric Spacers ordered, 15mm fronts and 20MM rears! Another £100.
7) Eibach Pro Kit ordered £200 gone!
So next weekend will be busy, I have a garage friend that is loaning me the garage on Sunday the 25th! I get the garage, tools and ramps so it will busy! In the 8 hours we have I need to:
1) Fit new lights, bumper off etc! Do new wiring
2) Fit clear side lights/roundels
3) Fit ZHP Knob
4) Fit suspension springs all round
5) Replace lower grill
6) Fit spacers all round
7) Paint Callipers
8) CDV Delete :?
