...but, at least here in Italy it doesn't seem to be that easy (at least at the "market price" defined in one of the top selling car magazine).
But... well, this was not the goal of the message :-)
In order to sell the car I set up an awful (it's not my job/interest) wesite but I finally had the possibility to upload part of the PDF documentation collected in these years.
The web-pages are all in italian but all the PDFs are in english.
http://sites.google.com/site/vendobmwz4/
and then click: "Documenti utili" (useful documents)
If any of you wants to download them and upload them in the Z4-forum, for me it's ok.
I hope it helps.
Some of them were taken from other forums but I lost all sources.
Have a nice day.
Ciao

That's a VERY high price if the car was selling in the UK. Are they much more expensive in Italy? :o

Thanks for the docs

Yes, they are quite expensive.
But, regardless of the price, in Italy it's difficult to sell a 3.0 liters.
This because of it's considered a "high maintenance" car.
People still thinks that you must be "rich" to have a three liters car.
In the past VAT in italy was 19% on cars until 2.0 liters and 38% from 2.0 up because for fiscal regulation was "a luxury good".
Now it's nomore like this from a fiscal point of view.
Not that easy to change people mind :?

Roadster:
2.0i - 33.570 €
2.5i - 36.320 €
2.5si - 39.920 €
3.0si - 45.020 €
M - 63.720 €

Coupè:
3.0si - 43.470 €
M - 62.120 €

Consider that salaries in Italy are definitely lower han in UK.
To make a comparison let's state 1€ = 1£

Hope you have some luck selling your car, looks great in your photos

Thanks for all the useful PDFs too, downloaded for future reference :)

I never normally like faux-wood trim in cars but i must say yours looks awesome!

Good luck with the sale, buyers will appreciate the detail and the clarity in the pics!

And I'm so stupid that I hadn't finished yet with mods! :D
Now I bought on Ebay spare steering wheels spokes.
I'll dip-print them as well and see if they fit or if it's too "woody".
If I like the result, then I have to find a replacement for the steptronic stick to have it dip-printed ad well.

Good collection of pdf's

Identical to my car in many ways. It would fetch but E12,000/E14,000 plus perhaps another E1000 for the top over here so really expensive
