I AM SO MAD!

Wtf... That is terrible... Totally mangled the door and probably the window trim too.

£80 fix a bargain... But why should you have to pay and be inconvenienced for low life scum.

Did you check if there was any cctv? Least catch these c**ts and stop them doing it to more ppl.

This reminds me of many years ago when I lived in Sheffield. I had a Toyota Celica back then, the smooth version (not the newer square one). It had frameless doors.

I went to the Meadowhall Shopping centre and when I came back to the car after shopping I noticed something not quite right with the trim around the top of the roof.

Upon closer inspection some dumbass had tried to force open the door, thinking it was framed glass and prized between the body rubbers and the top glass. Fecking idiot.

He didn't break the glass etc and must have realised the door wasn't going anywhere and legged it. It damaged all the body rubbers and trims though which I had to sort out.

There was nothing in the car to take and it was immobilised so they'd not have started it. Again, fecking idiots that deserve the bad stuff coming to them.

Ok thank you all for your support... here is the result of my good friend Steve Gale who sorted the door out... he even charged me £60 instead of £80!!!! So CANNOT argue there!

Thats a great job he's done. Not sure with sterling grey if you can get away with just painting the door... Without blending it into the surrounding panels.

Wow. Nice work! A good paint guy can make that look like new and use that opportunity to get any other scratches fixed.
