Good to see you back. I used to enjoy reading your posts. Any chance of you producing some more of your famous exhaust tips? I have been trying to find some second hand ones on the Forum without success.

You never know if you ask nicely

What happened to blue turbo madness Matt....?

Sadly it’s all in bits and I had to sell a fair bit off. I do plan to rebuild it. I have a m54b30 sat in bits in my garage. I have the chassis of my old Z4 the turbo and the ecu. I plan to build it all back up once we move house. Unfortunately I had a garage fire and most of my tools where lost. So I need to restock and get my new garage organised first.

Glad you are safe and well and nobody was hurt apart from the tools.

I still have your tips on my car. They are in need of a good polish though seems to have some black stuff I can't get off with normal washing/scrubbing.

Yes we are all safe my little Peugeot was also miraculously undamaged. And it was all insured so when we move I have a fund to buy new with.

I think my M Coupe used to have a set of your exhaust tips on, once upon a time. Unfortunately removed & sold before I purchased it.

Not mine anymore it’s 100% yours. Still enjoying it?

Loving it, especially since I've added a supercharger to the mix :-)

Very nice witch kit? And what are the numbers?

G-Power kit, some FIC injectors and a tune from Severn Tuning - just dyno’d at 320, which I’m more than happy with :-)

Next on the list is cooling (intercooler or water/meth) and then maybe a smaller pulley, but not for a while.

Plenty of power left in the b30 for it. They are usually happy until 450 bhp on stock compression and head studs. Cold air and fuel will be your limiting factors.

Used to have a black XS which I loved. Swopped it for a Fiesta XR2 which wasn’t a patch on the XS. Then moved to a 205 1.9 GTI which was one of the ‘most fun’ cars I have ever owned. :D

Welcome back Mr M - I have also been absent for a while, great to hear you’re doing well. Looking forward to reading about you building a Z4 from scratch with all your bits 😂

Peugeot 205 xs

Good fun through the twisties

They really are. But in true monkey form! It’s currently off the road 😂I brought it after it had spent 20 years off the road in a garage. Then my garage and tools burnt down. Then the house move. I just haven’t had time. Next year I will be using it with the local motoring club.
