Hydraulic Roof Pipes blocked!!

I have replaced my motor and still the roof doesn't work.

So I have blew down the hydraulic fluid pipes and 1 is free but I cannot blow thought the other, seems to be a blockage.

has anyone had this issue before as I have searched site and can't find anything relevant?

Can I unblock or do I have to replace pipes?

Any feedback would be greatly received as I'm get pissed off with this car now.

Were the pipes free at both ends or was one end still connected?

If both ends free, perhaps it could be cleared with compressed air? If still connected, I'd be more concerned with the one that's free. Shouldn't it be full of fluid and push against one of the actuators?

The roof has been removed and is separate from the car.

There seems to be 2 pipes. When I blow down one I can see and hear the fluid coming out the other end. When I blow don the other pipe there is nothing. Seems to be blocked and I'm thinking as I have had to change a rotted motor maybe a bit of rust has got lodge in this pipe.

Any ideas?
