Hows this for a new user story

Hi, been browsing here for a while and finally pulled the trigger on a 2006 3.0 si se, picked it up today. I stopped at the local M&S to grab some lunch and as I was leaving an old guy drove into the side of another car, panicked and reversed into me :headbang: . Not too much damage a little bit of paint and the bumper seems to moved on one side. Trying to be positive, its fine (amazing!)to drive , he admitted responsibility, there are witnesses and my insurance company are going to sort it but really, first day!
 
We’ll not press you for photographs until the repairs are done! Hope it all goes smoothly and quickly. :thumbsup:

A 3.0Si is exciting - just a shame your ownership experience started so badly. :(

But your red seats look lovely!

I hope your car gets fixed with minimal cost/hassle. :thumbsup:
 
Hi and welcome :thumbsup: . Sorry about the bad luck but hopefully an easy fix.
And it looks like you have the same wheels I had on my Z4 2.5Si when I bought it. They are off a 3 series BMW (Style 285).

Thanks all for the welcome and enzed4 for the info on the wheels, I was looking through PDF's of the original brochure to see if they where an original option :-)
