-without a wind deflector?-Hi all-going on a ride out on wednesday and until now the fastest i have been with roof down is 40mph  -but using faster moving roads how bad is it?(for my better half)-thanks.

I just came back from Germany and we were doing 172 mph top down, it is noisy, but the wind level did not change really between 60 mph and 170.

I drive at 80mph with the top down regularly. with the windows down and no deflector it's more than the other half can take. With the windows up and a deflector ...no problems. I also give her a ball cap to wear (required attire) as she has very long hair.

I wasn't going to mention the hi speed portions because most of the noise comes from the passenger seat 8) 8)

Loose papers etc do get sucked out of the cabin .....so don't litter, put them in a bag and tie it to something

True - nothing can be lose in the cabin and no, that was with wind deflector.

I was only commenting that the noise level increases, but not the wind level (nor does it get colder either).

Really? On the autobahn I thought that it was proper loud at 100mph.

EDIT: Seen your comment above and yes I agree sorry. Noise = more but no less wind.

at 60mph with a wind deflector and roof down i can use the handsfree and people stil hear me.

Without the wind deflector it is so windy and noisy though... especially at 80mph onw.
