How will we cope with the on-comming newbie swarm?

With more and more of the older model year Z4s going on the new market and within that demographic the drivers will be younger and very inexperience in the art of Zed ownership. How will us elders cope with the noobs questions like: where can I get "R Type" stickers, where can I get neons, has anyone taken their gf to a prom a Z4, will the "Turbolater" give me better fuel mileage, etc., ad nauseum.

How we gonna go through all this stuff? How, dammit, how?

yea what's young?

i'm 23, and i don't go looking for "type r" stickers.

and the only "prom" type events i :driving: to... involve private work functions where us adults drink for fuuuuun.



as for the kids..... :fuelfire: <---- that's always a possibility.


or we could :poke: their eyes out!


ok i jest!! i just wanted to have some fun with the little emoticons!
 
yeah,exactly what do you classify as young,i'm 31 ,i own my own home (new), i bought my z4, not a lease, it's a toy,just a big toy for me , i know there will be some young (er) people coming on this forum but, they may also bring some new ideas to this forum,they might not be afraid to try new things with their cars,etc.... we can all benefit, if i tear up my car,i'll probably go out and get me another one, anyways,we'll see, oh by the way,here is a link to some pics of my car,not very good i know because i took them in a hurry and in the shade ,with the top up ,etc...

Ducks, you are the authority on adding neon, gauges, etc, to a Z4.:bow:
 
I don't think it will be a problem - it wasn't for the Z3 forums. There aren't a large number of high schoolers inclined to drive a 2-seat roadster.
 
I guess the way we have always done. :roll: Answer the question and look like a guru. :evil:


I will see if I can round up 20 or so this weekend. :wink:
