How to wire Bluemusic

I’ve removed the carpet in the rear and can only find one plug that is connected to the disc changer and the adapter needs two. Any advice?

There is a round connection going into the changer which won’t fit the Bluemusic, wonder if I need an adapter?

Think you might need one of these adaptors for the round siver coax cable you have there (DSP cable).
