mmm - you have to consider that it was done very carefully with a person following in an unhurried manner to video it all.

Probably just to create a tube video. Clearly a hot country and it will do no harm to seats or doorcards, but all the same a bit stupid for a decent car. (I do this on one of my Jeeps after very muddy winter events)

I've done it on an old series one Land Rover years ago !
The gaps in the floor let all the water out very quickly so not a problem
