How to test Door Seals

Not recommended way of doing it but the inside of the car is bone dry :thumbsup:
(The water was about 2 inches higher but I was flapping a bit and didn't think to take a photo)

This was from 15min of rain this morning in Hertford. There's a storm drain next to our road that' comes down from a hill and into fields.

That would scare me too... Make sure you give the engine a few rpm to push any water which settled in the exhaust.
 
Unfortunately the mini didn't fare so well. There was half a inch of water in the passenger side, iv bailed this out, iv put down towels and newspaper to soak up more. Now I'm running the engine with the heater on FULL with the windows open a fraction, hoping the this will help speed up drying.

At first all electrics where playing up, hoping this go with the damp interior. :?

Was that on Friday? I can't even remember the rain on Friday, I thought Sunday was bad enough
