how to take center console out

And stay tuned... :)
I hope, within the next week, to be able to give you the link of an amazing how-to PDF on how to fit an aftermarket xenon kit.
Always from another guy of the Z4forum.it
My only regret is that you will not able to copy and paste in google translate the PDF itself :(

PS a small OT: If anyone of you could find a real deal somewhere on a piano black trim for me, it would be great (I could exchange mine real aluminium trim, if anyone could be interested...)

damn... big time wish these pictures were all still here.
Keep your fingers crossed.
Maybe, at home, I have a word document with the copy and paste of the two DIY.
I'll check it as soon as I go home tonight.

any of these would be awesome.. planning a bluetooth retrofit and not looking forward to having to remove the centre console.. :(

if i dont, these pics will be very much worth handing over to the bloke ill ask to install them for me.

thanks muchly guys!! :)

Any idea how the silver pieces on the dash come out?
Long silver trim on dash and little trim around light switch.

How do these come off?

Panel around lights just pulls off, would suggest removing air vent first to make it a little easier as a close fit when putting back.

Panel around radio requires removal or Centre airvent, radio, side air vent. Behind the side airvent there is a clip which need to be removed, then remove the two screws from memory from the radio area, and again the trim is pulled off.

Just remember, BEFORE you disconnect the air-bag light, make sure you disconnect the battery or you WILL get a SES light error code.

Ask me how I know....

Unfortunately I do not have them :(
But I remember someone here who saved a few PDF.
I'll anyhow double check this WE if I have something saved...
