How to Search for Threads by Author?

Sorry for noob question but is there an easy way to look up all threads started by a user vs replies to a thread?

Thanks super helpful. I don't suppose a future site enhancement could include this option under a user's profile page under Latest activities, Postings, About (e.g., additional tab 'Topics')? It would just save a few clicks / strokes =)
