Don't think i have ever seen a set all black & a complete no-no i would say :?
Might have got away with it if they had been split first so bolt heads contrasted

Nothing to do with me

can be found on ebay now if anyone is tempted £350

OK, so maybe I won't go black with my 108's.

I fancy a smoked set for Winter and my winter 108's are due a reburb.

They don't improve the more you look at them :D
Has anyone ever gone black rim / silver centre 8) ? Or black rim / light grey centre ?
I have another set to split shortly

Looks fine to me .............. I have a silver set of 107's and satin black 108's Nice for a change. :)

I think the satin finish, silver paint & lowered stance are pulling those off for you & hats off for breaking the mould
perhaps a dark grey/graphite rim could work well with a black centre

At least the spiders of corrosion won't show so much.
I do like 108's very much but like a lot of wheels BMW choose to fit, they have problems .

Each too there own .
Glad you have not been desensitised on what UGLY means by driving a tin top. :poke:

Cheers. They are just a bit of fun but they they look a great on the car (my choice). Not every ones taste OEM wise but the car owes me nothing and I like tinkering!

The car was designed as a rag top - then came a tintop version.
It's pretty but it was an afterthought :fuelfire:

I agree not being split and a one piece black isnt great... But i wouldnt call them ugly!

Look better then corroded!

I was almost tempted to give mine a black rim and silver star... But realised that would make them look smaller.

they look better than my corroded set of silver ones :D I was planning on spraying mine all black and using them as my winter set
