I have searched here with no luck trying to find a DIY on how to change the radiator on E85 2.5L Auto.
There are a few on changing expansion tank but nothing on the radiator itself.

Any help would be appreciated. :poke:

Hi Ben Ben your looking at front bumper, bottom cover and top cover coming off to give you access, quite a big job, keep searching and good luck. cheers Baz

Hi ben , just changed mine last week, inc new expansion tank, u need to remove the top cover at the front and the bottom cover, no need to remove the bumper on mine e85 3.0 se auto, next step undo the two electric connectors and tuck them out of the way, then remove the elec fan held by one longer screw at the top left when stood in front of car, then there is a plastic push pin type to the right, this then releases the fan which u can lift out, finally there is one more a shorter screw on the right hand side ,so two screws and a push pin hold it all at the top of the rad, I actually took the expansion tank off first which req a sharp tap from underneath whilst my wife pulled from the top, u may however be able to remove the rad and tank together with a bit of jiggling, I was only changing the expansion tank but then saw the rad was fooked, also of course you have to pull the top, bottom, heater, , hoses off, im an av diy mechanic and found it easy, hardest part was bleeding the air out of the system afterwards, there is a bleed screw on the top hose for this,

Just noticed yours is abn auto like mine. So u have to remove the oil cooler.at the bottom .aluminum box with two hoses.there is a clip which u pull up to release it.then it just pulls off.
