How to remove this rivet? (Bonnt catch bracket)

Hi Guys.

Any idea how to remove this rivet (circled in red in the diagram)? Tried pulling it with pliers but had no luck!

Is that the one with the screw head that you have to unscrew before you can pull the rest of the fitting out?

Looks like the type where you have to hold the outside while you unscrew the middle, the outside usually gets stuck and spins when you turn the middle.

Thanks guys! Tried screwing them out but the plastic was just sort of soft so the head snapped off . I'll have to drill it out and replace it!
