How to remove these panels??

Hi all,
Hope you are all keeping well and still have a roof on your house after this storm!!

I want to remove the panels shown in the red circle from my front bumper, has anyone done this or know how they come apart??

Here's what it looks like from the other side. They are all snap in clips.

You may be able to get at it by removing the left front wheel and wheel housing, but I know you will if you remove the front bumper cover.

5 and 4 just pull off.
3 needs some work from behind.
Might be best to just remove bumper. I can get bumper off in 5 minutes.
