How to remove or prise out the electric window switch?

Dear all

My driver's window switch lowers the window, but will not raise it. Does anybody know if the switch and/or its plastic surround can be prised from the door, or must the entire door panel be removed? Also, is it possible to transplant (that is, extract) just the switch, if I end up buying a full replacement panel on the likes of eBay? I have a cream coloured switch surround and these aren't readily available; often the units on eBay are shown with black or grey plastic surrounds.

Any advice much appreciated.

You can pry it out using a trim removal tool. There's no need to remove the door panel. Yes, you can transplant just the switch. It makes more sense to buy the switch by itself and spray it IMO.

Pry the rear edge out as the front kinda hooks in
