simple question, how do the licence plate lights come out?

do they just unclip out - i don't like forcing anything. mine as got LED lights fitted and i want to change them

Do you mean removing the housing from the bumper? To do this you need to lever one side of the lights down as the light housing has a curved part on one side. if that makes sense

Taz when I did mine I had to open the metal spring clips out a bit, as when I first refitted them they were really loose, hope that makes sense

ye just far too bright, i feel like i'm driving a pimped up car lol, the floor is all lite up

all the modern cars have leds thought?

I like them.. you should see how the TT lights up the floor at night with puddle lights etc.. its like a disco!

You can get OE LEDs that look good but aren't mentally bright. Just need the housings and 2 connectors, comes to about £25 all in.
