How to remove door speaker?

Hi
I just noticed yesterday, thanks to a different angle of light on the inside, that there is a dent in this door speaker. You can't see the dent in the pic, but I've added it so you know which one I mean. Any idea how to remove it? I'd like to see if I can push it back into shape. I've seen mention on here of trim removal tools, but I don't know if that is the best way with speakers?
Thanks for your help
Viv

Those are the tweeters (usually) empty, You can just pull it with your bear hands.

I got one that is dented as well and I found it impossible to put it back in its original shape

Thank you. Video gives me the confidence to give that a pull. The rest of the video is terrifying. I was scared enough changing a fuse that the panels would go back together! :|
