Says you can take it for a test drive, so should be road legal.

They're advertising their modding business more than that particular car, The Z4 is just there to grab attention by the look of it.

It’s not the DVLA or police that made that rule...it’s the MSA. They state that you can’t display your competition number on the public road (so it includes the road sections between rally stages).
