How to get to the back of the cd changer

I have recently brought a z4 and I want to install a Bluetooth adaptor I have brought apparently it plugs in to the cd changer but I can’t figure out how to remove the carpet that covers it there is a bung attached to a bit of string how do I remove it?

Sorted I’m in but I have found that my connections don’t match the ones on the cd changer... does this mean I have dsp on my radio?

If you have a small coax cable that plugs into the cdplayer, you have the dsp version

I'm just about to do the same, this is the back of mine. i'm guessing the two plugs to the left are the ones I need
