How to get to relays behind fuse box?

So I have a couple of different issues which mean I need to get to the relays. After dropping the glove box with the two tabs, I can see the fuse board.
For the life of me, I can see a way to remove it? Do I need to fully unscrew the glove box?

I need to get to the wiper and windscreen heater relays. Have already checked the fuses and they seem fine

Remove the glovebox.
Then you'll see two phillips head screws in the cross-frame at the bottom of the fusebox.
Remove these and then it simply drops down.
The top is held by a rubber lug that fits into a hole.

What relays are you after?

Thank you kind sir!

I'm after k36 and k13

Rear glass heater has been offline since winter. The wipers are playing up. They only appear to work at one speed n matter what position the stork is in. They just wipe more often. I assume they should wipe more often and at a higher speed? Also, when I pull the stork towards me, they no longer wipe. Only squirt water

Let me know if you need any bits.
Got a complete fuse box from a 2.0 facelift here. Think it's mostly the same, especially generic items like those.

Are they definitely both contained within the rear of the fuse box?
If so, why don't I just send you the whole fuse box for £15 and you can have a play with that first before you dive into your live one.
And you get a big batch of spare fuses too.

Hmm...you've got me rethinking now that you mention it's a live fuse box. Guess I could give myself some pretty serious problems if I mess something up.

Tbh I'd just want the relays. Don't have a garage so it's difficult to store spares. I understand if you want to keep the fuse box as a complete set. I can buy off fleabay
