Any typical syptoms of the Salmon Relays failing

Daughter just messaged me to say her roof is going up and down a bit funny (thats the best I can get from her) and I'm not able to see the car for a few days but I do know the relays are the original 2009 ones, the car battery is good (helped fix another issue a while back).

Anything a failing relay can show itself as?

Bit of an open question I know, sorry.
 
Ignore it’s sorted. She had something move in the boot and foul the area where the roof folds so once cleared it works fine.
