Hi everyone,

Really glad to have found this topic as I recently came up with an idea to install sequential indicators to my zed and was surprised to find such an amazing tutorial :) I had anticipated my version to be much simpler, but after reading the thread now, I think I might follow the OP's instructions! Thanks for writing this up!

Also, I have tried to download the 3d templates for the parts made, but the links are no longer valid. Would be OP be kind to re-share the files with us again, please? :) Thanks in advance!

I'll take a look now - I'd forgotten they were hosted on a now redundant server! I'll get the files and post back shortly
hi do you think you could knock up a plug and play set for clear side repeaters if so how much would you charge with postage :D I am not that savey with electrical stuff and would love these

Just cover postage and material costs buddy...

You're looking at about £10 in parts, I imagine postage back to you would only be about £5 via Hermes (Due to size)

I don't personally like the responsibility of taking apart someone else's parts, "just in case" as they say, I don't want to be the one that it breaks on haha - but if you order yourself (or you may already have) the 2 clear side indicators, and crack then open yourself and THEN post them to me split, I'll happily program the nano, and print the parts off and put them together and test fitting etc, then post them back to you - then you simply need to glue bits in place with silicone and silicone seal the lens back on :)

(I hate working with silicone, hence the reason for making you put it back together too - plus it's a bast**d and gets everywhere so don't want to be blamed for something not sealed right, or some excess smeared that I didn't see and get off in time before it sets and ruins it. I over think and worry about everything, so just prefer others to do it)

if you really don't want to split and re-seal yourself, I can do it - but don't be expecting a guarantee

Love those indicators. I wanted to do something similar but my electrical skills (if you can call them that) are not that great.

As per my reply to bz4kev above, I can make some for you, or I can make the electronics part of it and the 3D Printed part, then you could crack your open and fit whenever suits you :)

Thanks, I help where I can, that's also why I let others use my Carly etc for free :)

Nice one! How much to 3d print me the bits you used as I don't have access to a 3d printer and they look great?

They’re printed with low infill so I’d say £10 including postage

Hi,
I would like to do this mod. Are you still offering the 3d printing service ?
