how to clean the Speedometers glass/plastic???

I noticed that there is a stain on the inside of the speedometer glass/plastic. i first thought it was on the outside but its on the inside. Is there anyway to take that glass/plastic see thru part out to clean it?
 
Remove the small torx at the top of the instrument. You can then pull the whole unit out and from there see how to dismantle it.

Iirc you must not drive the car with it disconnected as you trip the mileage tamper dot in the counter
