Sorry to be a party pooper ,but I witnessed a biker doing something similar last Monday, on my way to work. He's was very dead by the time the Ambulance arrived. Fun in a Bond movie, not as much fun in the real world.

Except the cost of putting him back together in multiple surgeries, ITU stay, rehabilitation, life long sickness benefits, perhaps a law suit against the state is likely higher than prison would have been...Especially when you consider the price of a nicely sewn mailbag these days, or the return on a tonne of freshly broken rocks.

Of course, if he died, it's just the cost of the bike and a new wing for the car.
