How often do you see another M...?

Ha, so it seems most people are the same, in that they rarely see another M. Even some of my mates, who actually quite like cars have asked "so, how does the roof go down on that then?"....thinking all Z4 were convertibles..!

Saw a Smart red MC before I bought mine and a grey beat up MC in local Teso car park. Except at Beaulieu BMW do never seen another.

There is or was a Imola Red (Now there's a surprise  ) one running around West Sussex, with those horrible chrome wire mesh grills.

Other than that seen one or two each year I would say.

Part of me is very glad I didn't get a red one - common as muck nowadays, all sorts are driving them

I've only ever seen 3 in my entire life.

The first was an Imola Red MR (LAFS***) on the A2 whilst driving my Black 2.5 Si at the time

Then an InterLagos MC in Chelmsford.

3rd was another Imola Red which I now own :-)

Common as muck, someone on here called the Imolas

*** LAFS - Love At First Sight!

I saw an Imola M coupe on the M60 about 3 years ago, there was one Interlargos at Silverstone Classics otherwise havent seen one since I used to go to the meets.

Must be at least two years since I last saw one, other than mine. I see more Lamborghini's around these parts than Z4 ///Ms. :)

I’ve only ever seen 2 in person - the coupe I own which I had to travel to Cardiff to collect and a roadster at the only forum meet I could make last year in the Peak District (Chatsworth).

I used to see lots in London, more roasters that coupes, but I’ve seen only a couple in Sydney.

Apart from at meets (or driving to/from them), I've seen a couple of ///M roadsters (one black, one Imola) and one ///M coupe (silver/grey) on the local roads over the last year or so.

Never seen another Alpina RS driving around though...

Of all the events, this was by far the biggest one with the most M’s I’ve ever seen https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=32876&hilit=Silverstone+2012

With no pace car in sight ... trying to loose Bing behind was a real adventure on the ‘parade lap’

Since I bought mine (and I'm properly looking out them), I've seen none! I've seen a couple Z3MC'S though and I always thought they were rarer. I've seen a few 3.0i coupes though, blalck, silver/grey and blue.

I've recently noticed a black Z4MC when I drive my train into Taffs Well train station. Always looks immaculate and probably has the folding mirrors as they're always tucked in, has a private plate as well. Any member on here?

Spotted one last night somewhere near Newark. I was in my 130i though.

I see them a lot less now the guy who had one on my walk to the station has swapped it for a C63 AMG Coupe ;-)

Tom,
You shot this a while back, no?
Was it a meet.

Not an ///M though. Saw it at silverstone last, probably 2013.

I do a lot of mileage for work, normally about 40K per year. In the 11 months I've had my MR I've only ever seen 3 other M's. Two roadsters, silver and black and a dark blue coupe. Definitely a rare car.

There's a M coupe in the next village that I see regularly and there were a couple at Caffeine and Machine yesterday
