How often do you see another M...?

Strange I was just thinking about this the other day. I can honestly say since I've own mine (nearly 2 years now) I haven't seen a M on the road at all. Typically I will see 1-3 normal zeds on a decent journey but never an M

I don't recall seeing another Z4MR apart from on Forum runs. A guy at work who lives near us bought an Z4MC and have been out on one run with him, not sure if he still has the car. Honestly I think there are more Murcielagos in Cornwall.

Your not the only one in cornwall, I have One too! Never seen another M On the Road or Parked up.
There are a couple of 3.0 Si's in Falmouth, other than thats its the usual 2.0/3.0 Roadsters.

Have met up with a few Zeds down Falmouth way, on PH runs in, recent years. Nice Black one on the Lizard I recall. 8)

The SWPH guys have a run on in a few weeks time, 28th May. Sign up here if you can make it.

Great bunch of lads and some corking cars.

I saw one down in Devon last year when I was passing ZedWard on

Since I bought mine (and I'm properly looking out them), I've seen none! I've seen a couple Z3MC'S though and I always thought they were rarer. I've seen a few 3.0i coupes though, blalck, silver/grey and blue.

About the same number of MC's and MR's built.

Far fewer 3ltr coupes than 3ltr roadies though. Mainly because the 3ltr Roadie was available pre face lift and none of the others were. Simples.

Not many, definitely not often, mainly on runs. Everyone + dog on the forum has one down in the south east now it seems

Except pvr, because he sold his to me. And still misses it :P

I suppose that's to be expected when you've moved onto a vw beetle

Meant to say I've seen a couple of Z3MC'S! :? :?

Only ever seen two.

Red MR when I was in my van and a spotless black MC when I was in my filthy coupe.

Both in Stratford upon Avon.

Never seen another coupe, hav seen one roadster. Not surprising as we probably only got about 15 -20 cars in a province four times the area of Great Britain.

Saw one MC at Goodwood a couple of years ago, and I reckon around one MR per year. That's in 5 years of Z4 ownership.

Does make you wonder how many are on the roads in comparison to say phase 1 987 Porsche Cayman S/Boxster S . They seem ten a penny in comparison! :P

Vacation last summer Stockholm - Germany - Holland - France - Italy and back agin.

Think I saw a Z4 2.5 Roadster and a 3.0 Coupe. Thats it!

There used to be a MR in my office car park when I had the 3.0si Coupe. Car Co though so high mix of petrol heads.

Also seen 4 or 5 M's since I've had mine since Sept last year. Common as mook around Surrey!

Saw more Ms at Duxford than I expected . . . :D

It's an interesting point though as even seeing a Zed is quite an event; seeing an M is worth pulling over and having a chat

There is or was a Imola Red (Now there's a surprise  ) one running around West Sussex, with those horrible chrome wire mesh grills.

Other than that seen one or two each year I would say.
