Just wondering what type of lifestyle the z4 attracts.

I workout at the gym 4 times a week, 2 hours a time.
have done since I was 18.
23 year old student

Not enough! Visited a gym near work today funnily enough that I was looking at joining.
Until about 6 months ago I was cycling 22 miles round trip to work and back, but since I moved further away from where I work its not been possible so need to join a gym I think.

I just find the gym to be quite a commitment after a day at work, fair play to you for your 8 hours a week!

I have a Xtrainer in my garage and use it 3-4 times per week for 48 mins at a time, now the nights are drawing out I'll alternate with my Trek as I'm very close to Sherwood Forest, also when my sons football season has finished ill be playing Squash on a Saturday, I'm 47 btw

2-3 times week depending on work schedule (not 2 hours though!) Trying to keep myself moving ..............twice your age +5 years

Yes it is :D

My readout has 16 increments, so each one is 3 mins, easy reckoning for me whilst its counting down :D

I knew there would be a logical reason!

Minimum 38 hour week in construction for the last 28 years , no need for gym membership 8)
eat what i want when i want & weigh the same as i did when i left home at 19  5-8 / 11 stone :)

I tend to run 5k about 4 times a week after work. Usually throw in some weights around that routine too.

I love mountain biking too so whenever the nights are lighter I try to get out.

Have been recovering from a nasty bout of Plurecy too so only just ramping back up.

I was a freelance fitness model and athlete for a few years so have been used to having a bodyfat of aroud 6% all year round... it was brutal...

That was an extreme lifestyle, as long as you eat well and drink plenty thats all ya need to do!

Yikes my bodyfat is 18%. 6% is v low. I do weights 4 times a week legs shoulders chest back. 1 hour max. Then 2 x runs usually outside. Find progression hard.

I used to be an open water swimmer. That's me there on the left in the Croatian sea. These days work and life in general mean I'm very sporadic with sport. I generally prefer to be outside than in the gym (although not in this cold unless its on a mountain skiing)

Not sure what my body fat is... but I can see definition but not 6 pack definition.
i'm 14.5 stone @ 5'10 or 5'11 (should probably find out for definite!)
I'm most off and on again with my dieting... I seem to eat perfectly then peak then just pig out and eat crap at weekends and start again feeling shite on the monday
just got my inline bench press up to the same strength as my flat bench @ 48kg Dumbells for 8 reps...gym don't go any bigger in dumbells otherwise I think my flat would be bit more :(
my squats poor compared to the rest of my body at like 130kg for 8 reps (neglected until recently  )

Its good to see forumites doing alot of cardio to keep that ticker in shape... I really need to do some cardio as I don't have much endurance

At 48yrs old I keep fit to do quad racing. I have a good home gym 3-4 times and cycle around 100 miles a week. At least I will again when the weather finally lifts.

I've started going to the gym a fair amount recently - my town has two gyms, one cheap, one pricey - I went cheap as it's nearby and aside from youths sitting on the machinery texting it's ok - everything I need..

five a side once a week, although I limp the next day...and mountain biking when it warms up.

That's impressive my gym has 60kg dumb bells but ive never touched anything over 32 and that was for some shrugs! In fact I've never seen anyone touch the 60s.
