My readout has 16 increments, so each one is 3 mins, easy reckoning for me whilst its counting down![]()

I'm most off and on again with my dieting... I seem to eat perfectly then peak then just pig out and eat crap at weekends and start again feeling shite on the monday :thumbsdown:
just got my inline bench press up to the same strength as my flat bench @ 48kg Dumbells for 8 reps...gym don't go any bigger in dumbells otherwise I think my flat would be bit more![]()
my squats poor compared to the rest of my body at like 130kg for 8 reps (neglected until recently :roll: )
Its good to see forumites doing alot of cardio to keep that ticker in shape... I really need to do some cardio as I don't have much endurance![]()
