How much do you worry?

I never use to worry till i started reading this forum,will my steering become sticky,will my roof motor pack in,has my rear spring broken,will my silver machine suddenly develope tramlining,and will there be a mobile speed camera rouund the next bend :driving: :evil:
 
the only time I will really worry is when it throws me through a hedge ( came close last sun)

:rofl: Have to laugh at this thread. As the driver of a Fiat Coupe 20vt for 9 happy years. 100k miles 3 turbos, exhaust manifold two engine rebuilds. 1ltr of oil every 100 miles etc. The Z seems like a Granite rock from this seat. Just :driving: the wheels of it.
 
Loving this whole "drive it like you stole it" mantra.... :lol:

My mate has an Impreza and constantly uses that expression to describe our driving :cpilot:
 
Can't claim credit for the mantra... However, I know this is childish, but I can't help thinking it'd make a great alternative car sticker, added in really small type under the forum logo :evil:
 
when in doubt just turn the radio up, if its going to brake then it will, fix it when its broke
 
I worry all the time now after my car was keyed all down one side every panel ! im seriously thinking of changing back to a more mundane car and modding it to an inch of its life , but to be honest it would break my heart letting my big blue pup go , its the sexiest looking car ive ever owned , i loved walking out to it last week parked in a petrol station and seeing a 6 yr old look at it , saying to his dad (in a civic type r ) dad you need one of these !! i laughed , his dad turned round and said yours ? i nodded his son - my dad needs a car like yours ! my answer we all do little man ! , so if i have to pay a £1100 for the privilege then ok i will and just hope i get a garage soon !
 
Just had a night away with the good lady wife. Stunning location and accommodation, but the car was parked under the stars, albeit securely.

Woken at 3am by a huge storm, so I got up and moved the car and parked it under the porch in front of reception. Storms can often contain golf ball sized hail, so even the wife understood :-)

She still can't stand the fact I park miles from the shopping centre entrance though...

If I have to park in a supermarket car park - I have to have an "end" space, which protects one side of the car. I usually park as far over to the safe side as possible, minimising the chances of being hit.

Usually though, this means parking quite far from the extrance :lol:

x2 - and I no longer parallel park. Anywhere. Ever. I'd rather get on a park and ride than kerb my 108s. Which is quite sad, but I don't care :|

My missus gets :rofl: so embaressed when I take up two parking spaces
 
i will never park in a supermarket or any other big car park, thats the beauty of having the zed as a weekend car

Conversely, I much prefer to parallel park. My previous car had many dents from other drivers and passengers slamming their doors into it :(
