How much better is //M steering over "normal" Z4s?

Prefer this one - bit older but nicer colour combo:

me too, the one gannet likes is a not as colourful or exciting as this one :P

Ive just sold my vx220, had a couple of them over the past 4 years, and just bought myself a 3.0 si roadster. I know the steering isnt as good as the vx, but one thing i dont miss is deicing the windscreen inside this time of year! lol :lol:
 
I don't know about non-M's but you can't adjust caster angle on M's without fitting camber/caster plates.

Yeah, put the heated seats on and set the heater to high, within 30 seconds I was sweating this morning. Now I know Im a fat bastard but that never happenend in either of my VXs :P

Would be really interested in getting a steer in an M. Who wants to lend me one for a couple of weeks?!?! :P
 
In an attempt to increase the castor angle we ( us Non M owners) could opt for the M offset front control arms bushes. I haven't tried this but it could be a possible solution.
