Do BMW publish any production figures for manufacture/export of their cars?

I know my Z4MC is quite rare but it would be interesting to know how many have been produced, how many are RHD for the UK and even by colour?

I think it's 532 Coupe's in the UK.

I think BMW GB will tell you.

im sure i read somewhere that there were only ever 2028 M coupes made worldwide....


obviously i could be wrong but im pretty sure my dealer confirmed it or even showed me the article!

Good post markw. I think as stated above there's only about 500off don't know where the info comes from but as owning one its good to know. Crikey less then lotus elises.

I'm assuming these are just the 1815 build FOR the US market as they match with Rabman5's figures exactly.

That leaves 2,460 for the rest of the world

2006 NA Production: 380 built from 05/2006 through 09/2006

The production figures I have access to are solely for the UK and I can advise that 578 Z4M Coupes have been registered. Unfortunately I can not advise of the total excluding the 3.0i.

Weird statement, does she mean Z4 Coupes not Z4M Coupes? If so she can't possibly mean there are 578 Z4 Coupes (M and non M)? If she does, I have seen at least half of them! Plenty of 3.0s around

Interesting, so there is only 578 Z4M's in the UK maximum, and a lot less than that if this figure includes the 3.0s!

Superbow - can you get confirmation if this figure is just Z4M's, and it would be interesting to see a colour breakdown too. If anyone has any contact details at BMW, Ill ask them myself

I'm suprised that there were so many coupes produced in relation to the roadsters. I'd always thought there were twice as many roadsters to coupes. Still don't know how many roadsters have ended up in the UK though if the ratio stays the same then there must be 650 to 700 roadsters in the UK.
