How many zeds in the uk

Have just found out the production figures from BMW for uk cars, 21,000 roadsters and 2700 coupes
so this is why we dont see that many on the roads , :driving:

so 2003 is when they were on sale = a total of 23,700 in 6 years, so just shy of 4000 a year sold if you work on averages.

So - do you think that the new z4 will match these sales?

I see a few roadsters on my travels but I can honestly say I hardly ever see any Coupes.

I actually followed another Roadster briefly through the town where I live yesterday, not that astonishing really, but its the first time I've seen another in the town in the 3 years I've lived here.

I see two a day i think on average. One black 3.0 lives near me, and a grey 3.0, then at the college i work there is a guy in a black 2.0 who works there also. Shame, wish i saw less! ha ha

Ive seen 2 coupes in leicester, one at lunch time today actually. Seen quite a few roadsters, about 7-8 but mine is the only facelift ive seen in leicester.

Would imagine a fair few Z4s are weekend cars like mine so never see that many around but always see at least one on a Sunday morning drive when the sun is out.
