How many words are there for testicles?

OK, i started a thread the other day with a song in a country and western style. principally he sang about his wife meeting he girlfriend and then the retributions she heaped upon his testicles. I think there could be up to 40 different words for them.

I'm 54 and i've never called by testicles "chicken skin handbag"
