How many tyres can you carry in a z4 coupe?

Have sone track tyres on the way 225/40/18 square set up. Just wondering, is there any chance they will fit in a z4 e86? Need to get them to the tyre fitters and hoped not to have to drop them in the daily beforehand…

I'd say one in the boot. If you had a convertible you would get in the boot and one on the front seat.

I’ve had 4 wheels with tires in my 86. Two in the front and two in the boot

I got two 18" tyres in the boot of my E86 and it shut just fine.

But the other two would need to go in the passenger side.

I had about 100 in mine, but they were just spares for a Lego Technic kit.

But could only fit 1 x 224M wheel/tyre in the Z4MC boot. I could get 6 in my e34 M5 (2 in the boot, and 4 across the rear seats…and space for a passenger.

I probably should have said I got 2 in my 3.0Si boot.

One is a tight fit in the MC - this was a trial fit. I've got a 224 front wheel in there permanently now but obviously the other way up for a bit of peace of mind when I'm far from home on one of B21's Scottish trips!

Thanks Guys, managed to fit two in the boot and two on the passenger seat. All fitted now
