How Many Montego E86 & E85?

Hi guys, I am looking to get a Montego E86 or a 3.0si E85 if the right one pops up.

Does anyone know how many were sold in the UK in both models?

I am just trying to work out how realistic it is to wait for the right car to come up or if I should realistically consider other colours as well.

I don't want to miss out on a good Silver or Black car for example while I am waiting for one of 25 cars in the UK to come up for sale if that makes sense.

Please let me know if anyone sees or hears of a good one that might be coming up for sale soon. Open to Auto and Manual!

I have a 3.0si montego blue roadster that's NOT for sale, so that's potentially 71 roadsters.

Ok :) my coupes a keeper.

So 70 roadsters and 334 coupes to pick from....and counting.

This has the potential to be the most boring “me too” thread in the world!
Glad I’m a part of it :oops:
 
Got my MB club membership earlier today :) already given it a clean :oops: paintwork is in excellent condition so looking forward to adding some topcoat shine along the way , , looking forward to my time with the car but a "keeper" :roll: yes until the next Z :oops:

Nice one Mr Wilks, I’m glad that car ended up with an enthusiast and won’t disappear into a spiral of post eBay neglect!

Great thread - now down to 70 Roadsters and 333 Coupes as mine isn't going anywhere!

Thanks for the replies. This thread has taken a interesting turn!

I am enjoying the pics though! I know there are a lot of keepers being posted in this thread but I am still optimistic as I have sold at least 3 or 4 "keepers" in my time. Things change! :)
