How many miles after oil service.

Just been looking in the service manual but can't find my answer.

My car has done 25,000 miles and is due its oil change in 9000 miles. When I bought the car 7 months ago it had a 22,000 mile Inspection 1 service.

My question is how many miles will I get after the oil service until its due its inspection II?
 
I think it starts out about 14k between service intervals, but drops the more abuse you give it!
 
I got 13,500 between my Oil Service (at 9,500) and Inspection I (at 23,000).

But that includes 3 track days, and the rest of the miles were done in the space of 9 months driving to and from work or marshalling events, so not a lot of town driving.
