How many km/ml left before refuelling?

I made it to the gas station but I think there wasn't many drops left. 2 km=1,2 ml:

It was stupid, I know, but now I know the computer is pretty accurate :) .
 
i also had the same ---- appear :lol: went to 3 miles then that was it, no 2 or 1.

theres always some in reserve anyway. you'll know when you're really low a it will driving like a pile of poo.

Yep. With you there. Mrs Lozzer once managed to run a previous car down to the fumes and the amount of sludge that got pulled up from the tank... :headbang:
 
For some reason i forgot i needed to fuel up yesterday and ended up leaving the house with no money.
Had to do a 16 mile round trip with the ----- showing!
 
Once I get down to less than 30 miles, I get paranoid that the computer will this time get it wrong and I feel every pull and twitch. Plus I don't want to pull up the sludge.
 
mine was at 40km once so i though i was fine, started the car the next day and it sounded really bad, thought the engine was gonna go... fueled up and it was fine, my gauge cant be trusted!
 
i usually leave mine until about 20-30miles as i dont want to risk anything less
 
When the 'feed me' light comes on, I head straight for the nearest petrol station with 97/99 octane juice :)
