you have hit.

So I started this for those folk who live or drive through rural areas....

Since I have been driving home I have hit at least 3 rabbits and 2 birds. I don't think I killed any, but it gnaws at my mind to see what tallies everyone else has.

Hit loads over the years. Every time I do get one , I just hope I hit it hard enough to kill it instantly.Loads of birds, rabbits ( hitting a bunny on a motorbike ain't funny) .....( there's a joke in there somewhere!!),, a couple of deer, a dog. Never nice but it happens when you live in the sticks.

i once hit a pidgeon at just under 200mph... well, i hit it with the rear spoiler and it became a three-way filet as it split my spoiler down the middle (horizontally).
The remnants ploughed into the windscreen of the skyline behind and made an absolute mess of it.
I have to say that was the scariest driving moment i've ever had; massive aerodynamic shift at those speeds is not good!

(plus, had to drive home with the spoiler "repaired" by strapping a stolen broom handle under it with ducttape.)

I ran over a bunny :( I saw him by the side of the road, then he jumped out under a wheel.

At first I thought he was a stunt bunny practising for a new movie role. Then I looked in the rear mirror and realised he wont be acting again

I hit a big mule deer 5 years ago, 5 points matched each side, I was doing 50mph and leaning on the brakes hard when I hit him. All I found for vehicle damage on my F250 were three hairs stuck into the vinyl moulding on the bumper. Amazingly lucky for me, not so for the buck, he died a couple of minutes later. I still feel sad about it today. Such a waste (I quit big game hunting in 1991)
I've hit cats, many small birds, a seagull, hawks, a couple of coyotes, miscellaneous squirrels, hundreds of gophers and a porcupine.

And, driving from Great Falls to Helena (at 85mph), I had a big mule deer jump over my M3 Cabriolet a week after I got it. If the roof had been up, he would have taken the rear sidewindow out.

Ran over a Squirrel once saw him in the middle of the road thought he was going right so moved over to the left and he went left felt the car over him with both front and rear wheels  people behind me must have tought i was gunning for the little fella :(

Geez, send Aebous to the UK, and he immediatley starts killing off the local wildlife! TSK!

Y'all older folks need to start watching out for your daughters!

Hit a badger once there realy hard went stright over him lifted the car in the air riped the front bumper and euxhaust off fecker ran off without leaving any insurance details

I live out in the sticks and I've only hit one bird so far (that I know of). Now I've said that I'll probably drive round a bend tomorrow and find an escaped zoo elephant standing right in front of me knowing my luck.

Oh, nearly hit a horse many years ago which was standing on the apex of a sweeping bend and ended up going straight on luckily on to grass instead of hitting it.

Found this, me want.

You add squirrels to the poll and I'll ask the the boss to give me the afternoon off! See if I can earn me some of those stripes.

I've hit a few squirrels and a few birds over the year but nothing that has ever damaged my car.
