How long have you owned your Zed?

I can't believe there's a couple of people who have had their cars for 5 years!
There are a number of individuals in our local ZSCCA chapter that have had their Z3's for over 10 years and have no plans for selling them... 8)

3 years. every day is a blessing in this car! i use it for everything. as for selling it? i doubt i will!

Just over 2 years... trying to find an 'M' roadster to try out as that would tempt me to upgrade.

Just over 3 months. Can't see me parting with it any time soon. Every time I get in it I have a big Sh  t eating grin when the straight six fires up!

2 years and 4 months, only planning to change it for a Z4 ///M next year which will be my forever car.

Nearly 3 months. I'm planning for a Z4M in 2 years - I pray to the depreciation Gods every night that those cars will devalue much faster than mine!

76 days

no plans to change it at all, first car i have ever bought brand new, could be a collectors 1 day, who knows

almost 10 years :P .... bought my first Z in November 1999. Had one as my main form of transport since then. Now on number five.

I'm terrible - I've had four cars in two years!! Two Z4s and two 350Zs.

Had this one 2 months now!

I''ve had 3 cars in 2 years which is why i can't justify changing again, my previous car was a Mini Cooper S which I only had for 4 months before changing it for the z

Have you had yours that long mmm-five? I remember when you got it (on PH).

Yup, and the only thing that tempts me now & then is an M3 CSL, which I couldn't afford then and can't afford now ;)

Pah! There's no way I'd change from a Z4 Coupe to an M3 CSL! Although funnily enough, the other half loves the one in Dick Lovett Swindon at the moment... It's up for £26k.

That's what I thought until I drove a 9,000 mile example which was as tight as a button and sounded more solid than the Z4MC, mainly due to the alcantara muffling some of the high-frequency rattles. The seats were also much better, and the combination of the extra power, lighter weight and SMG 'box just gave endless, jerkless thrust - along with the sure-footedness that the extra wheel-base gave meant that if I had the opportunity to swap (at no cost) for a CSL with the same miles as mine then I would.

Although I wouldn't of course
