is it only me that has noticed that this thread "How long have you owned your coupe" is in E85 / E86?

I thought we ran Roadsters? :? :driving:
Most do run roadsters........ Until you can afford a coupe...

Afford has nothing to do with it, you either want a convertible, or a two seater saloon. :poke:

this post is still in the wrong place.

What do you think the E86 is?

Owned mine since April 2014, and had managed 11,000miles up to early December when I snapped my shin. Sadly it won't be driven much for 6months whilst I recover, but I've loved every mile and can't wait to drive it again!!
omg ! I thought the clutch was heavy but that is rediculous  hope you get back behind the wheel soon

Will be surprised if theres many with more than a years ownership as most see the light and buy a roadster..... :poke:
I wonder if anyone has done a poll how many coupe owners have changed to a roady and vice verca, i think i know which way it would swing, thoughts anyone? :)

We have had roadsters and coupes....in M and Non M...

Only one has stopped for any length of time....

6 1/2 years. Picked it up 18 month old with only 2800 miles on the clock. Have only done 44k in it myself. No plans to change anytime soon.

Bought to do one family holiday in, have now done 4 so I guess that's 4.5 years.
Not bad for a 'weekend car' that I was supposed to own for a few months.
Did think about an E89 especially when I saw Metallicker's new one, but I will stick with this one for a while longer

Just coming up to 20 months for me. Covered approx 8k miles.

I might get an MR one day but I'm nowhere near Amy mid life crisis yet :poke:

Oh no. It was 3 years. Three years of raw motoring experience, three years of everyday panache. Now I'm driving a red FWD box with windows. :headbang:

Just over 2 years for me. Used to have a convertible but I don't regret the coupe, it's one of the best looking cars on the road and whilst I rarely drive it like it supposed to be driven I feel good every time I walk up to it.
