I am now confused and slightly concerned!

My last 3 lights seem to always be on. I cannot recall them ever going out. Does anyone else have this? Does anyone experience any of the last 3 going out?

I thought the car wouldnt let you rev into the range until it was upto temp anyway?

only limiter is when it's in neutral it won't let you rev above 6k iirc
