Ok I'll bite, 120k miles here or 199800km. ; D

ding ding ding....we've got ourselves a winner. :driving:

OMG someone who uses their car... on a car forum! Shock horror...

No you're right Tom, because my car is of a relatively low level of mileage I must never use or enjoy it...:withstupid:

EDIT: I've changed my avatar to show a 'dirty' pic of my car, just to prove that occasionally I do drive it.

Hah mine's like that after yesterdays romp, the CSLs have this nack of collecting clumps of dirt like a water mill's wheel collects water.

Ok, this thread is pretty useless, unless peeps pipe in with what sort of maint needs to be done to keep running the miles smoothly.

Not done any special maintenance on mine, just the regular, scheduled servicing plus interim oil & brake fluid changes when I'm off to the 'Ring.

However I have always planned to do a suspension overhaul at around 100k miles, as there's no way it will be at it's best by then. Schedule for this is Jan 2014.

Apologies! just realised the poll is M specific and I voted for >100,000 and mine is not an M - poll should read 2 and not 3.
New glasses on order.

I've just passed 20,000 miles in my 2006 Z4M. It had 8000 miles on it when I purchased it 2 years ago, it may have been a 'garage queen', but is no longer.

Still qualify ( ) for membership to the low mileage club (and may have almost 2 years left)....get over there and vote.

Im on 63,500 although have only done 500 miles since buying it. I commute to work in it 3 days a week and then use when I can at weekends. 10 mile drive to work so wont add miles too quickly.

I hear ya mate, doing it at the moment, all new bushes and diff carrier/diff refurb and new springs all round, just need to get new shocks that match the h&r springs in the new year, then the whole underside of the car will have been renewed.

Gotta love that, but it costs a bit.
:dizzy:

Safety first.

Bought new with 12 miles on it. DD and we are now at 118,000 and still have a grin on my face each day. :driving:
Clutch had to be replaced at 100k, brakes at 70k, and a few parts here and there for cosmetics. No other maintenance has been needed besides keeping up on the oil changes.
